Brazilian lemonade

Instructions

  1. Prep limes. Cut the ends off the limes and cut each into 8 wedges.
  2. Pulse. Blend limes, water, and sugar for only 5 to 10 pulses. Over-blending makes it bitter.
  3. Strain. Strain through a fine strainer, pressing on the pulp.
  4. Finish. Whisk in condensed milk and serve over ice immediately.

Hosting tip: Serve it right away. The lime peel turns it bitter within an hour.

Questions

Can I make frozen drinks ahead?
