Espresso martini mocktail
Chilled espresso shaken hard for a velvety foam. The after-dinner drink everyone wants.

Instructions
- Mix. Stir espresso, syrup, and vanilla together and chill.
- Shake. Shake 1/3 cup per drink with ice very hard for 15 seconds.
- Serve. Strain into chilled coupes and top with three coffee beans.
Hosting tip: Shaking hard is what makes the foam. Fresh espresso foams best.

Brew up to 2 days ahead and refrigerate. Add ice only when serving.
