Espresso tonic

Instructions

  1. Build. Fill glasses with ice and add tonic water.
  2. Float. Slowly pour 1/4 cup cold brew over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
  3. Garnish. Twist an orange peel over the glass.

Hosting tip: Pour the coffee slowly. It will foam up if you rush it.

Make it ahead

Brew up to 2 days ahead and refrigerate. Add ice only when serving.
