Creamy Mexican rice drink with cinnamon and vanilla. Soak it overnight for the smoothest result.

Instructions
- Soak. Soak rice and cinnamon sticks in 4 cups water overnight.
- Blend. Blend the rice, cinnamon, and soaking water until very smooth.
- Strain. Strain through cheesecloth or a fine strainer.
- Finish. Stir in remaining water, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Serve over ice with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Hosting tip: Use almond or oat milk for dairy-free horchata.
