Lime rickey
An old soda-fountain favorite: fresh lime, simple syrup, and seltzer. Tart, cold, and fizzy.

Instructions
- Mix. Stir the lime juice and simple syrup together.
- Build. Pour 3 tablespoons into each ice-filled glass.
- Top. Fill with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
