Questions
Does a mai tai contain nuts?
Yes. Orgeat syrup is made from almonds. Leave it out and add a little extra simple syrup for a nut-free version.
How long do fresh fruit drinks keep?
Most agua frescas and fruit coolers keep 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Stir before serving, since they separate.
Can I make it for more people?
Yes. Use the servings button next to the ingredients. Every amount updates automatically, from 1 glass up to 200.
