Mexican hot chocolate
Chocolate with cinnamon and a little chili warmth. Whisk it frothy before serving.

Instructions
- Heat. Warm milk and water over medium heat until steaming.
- Melt. Whisk in the chocolate, cinnamon, and cayenne until melted.
- Froth. Whisk hard or use an immersion blender until foamy, then stir in vanilla.
- Serve. Pour into mugs with a cinnamon stick.
