Moroccan mint iced tea
Green tea steeped with a big bunch of fresh mint, sweetened and served over ice.

Instructions
- Steep. Steep tea and mint in the water for 4 minutes. Green tea turns bitter if it steeps too long.
- Sweeten. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar. Leave the mint in while it cools.
- Chill. Strain and refrigerate.
- Serve. Pour over ice with a fresh mint sprig.
