Spiced pear cider
Pear juice warmed with vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon. Softer and more floral than apple cider.

Instructions
- Combine. Add everything but the pear slices to a pot or slow cooker.
- Warm. Simmer gently 20 minutes or cook on low 2 hours.
- Serve. Strain and ladle into mugs with a pear slice.
Hosting tip: Add the vanilla extract after warming if you use it instead of a bean.
