Fresh ginger gives lemonade a gentle heat, and honey rounds it out.

Honey ginger lemonade

Instructions

  1. Make syrup. Simmer honey, water, and ginger for 10 minutes. Cool and strain.
  2. Mix. Combine the syrup, lemon juice, and cold water.
  3. Serve. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon.

Hosting tip: Honey shouldn't be given to babies under 1 year old.
