Pink lemonade

Classic lemonade turned pink with fresh raspberries. A baby shower and birthday staple.

Pink lemonade

Instructions

  1. Make syrup. Stir the sugar into the hot water until dissolved.
  2. Color it. Blend the raspberries with 1 cup of the cold water and strain.
  3. Mix. Combine syrup, lemon juice, raspberry water, and the rest of the cold water.
  4. Serve. Add lemon slices and pour over ice.

Hosting tip: Use 1/2 cup cranberry juice instead of raspberries for a quicker version.

Make up to 3 days ahead and refrigerate. Add ice only when serving.
