Hot toddy mocktail
Hot tea, honey, lemon, and ginger. The coziest drink for a cold night.

Instructions
- Steep. Bring water and ginger to a simmer. Turn off the heat, add tea bags, and steep 5 minutes.
- Sweeten. Remove tea bags and stir in honey and lemon juice.
- Serve. Strain into mugs with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
Hosting tip: Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free, so it works for evening parties.
