Jalapeño limeade
Sweet, tart, and just spicy enough. Great with tacos and anything off the grill.

Instructions
- Make spicy syrup. Simmer sugar, water, and half the jalapeño for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
- Mix. Combine the syrup, lime juice, and cold water.
- Serve. Pour over ice and float a jalapeño slice in each glass.
Hosting tip: Remove the jalapeño seeds for gentle heat, or keep them for a real kick. Label it spicy on your menu sign.
