Lavender lemonade

Floral lavender syrup makes lemonade taste special and turns it a soft lilac.

Lavender lemonade

Instructions

  1. Make syrup. Simmer sugar and water until dissolved. Add lavender, steep 15 minutes, and strain.
  2. Mix. Combine the syrup, lemon juice, and cold water.
  3. Serve. Pour over ice. Add a lavender sprig if you have one.

Hosting tip: The color depends on the lavender. A few blueberries steeped with it deepens the purple.
