Moscow mule mocktail

Instructions

  1. Build. Fill mugs with ice and add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to each.
  2. Top. Fill with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish. Add a lime wheel and a mint sprig.

Hosting tip: Pick the spiciest ginger beer you can find. Mild ginger ale makes a flat mule.

Mix the juice base up to 24 hours ahead. Add ginger beer just before serving.
