Raspberry lime sparkler

Instructions

  1. Puree. Blend the raspberries with the syrup and lime juice, then strain out the seeds.
  2. Top. Add the sparkling water to the pitcher just before serving.
  3. Serve. Pour over ice and drop in a few whole raspberries.

Hosting tip: Freeze raspberries in ice cube trays the night before for colorful ice.

Make it ahead

Mix the juice and syrup base up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. Add sparkling water only when serving.
