Blood orange sparkler

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the honey. Stir the honey into the lemon juice until dissolved.
  2. Mix. Combine with the blood orange juice and chill.
  3. Top and serve. Add sparkling water, stir once, and pour over ice. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.

Hosting tip: Blood oranges are in season roughly December to March. Regular oranges with a splash of pomegranate juice stand in the rest of the year.

Questions

How do I keep it fizzy at a party?

Keep the base and the bubbles separate. Put the base in a dispenser and the sparkling water on ice beside it, so each glass gets fresh fizz.

Can I make it for more people?

Yes. Use the servings button next to the ingredients. Every amount updates automatically, from 1 glass up to 200.
