Virgin Bellini
Peach puree topped with alcohol-free bubbles. Soft, pretty, and perfect for showers.

Instructions
- Mix. Stir the peach nectar and lemon juice together.
- Pour. Add 1/4 cup of peach mixture to each flute.
- Top. Slowly fill with sparkling wine and stir once. Garnish with a peach slice.
Hosting tip: In summer, blend 4 ripe peaches with the lemon juice and strain for the best puree.
Make it ahead
Mix the juice and syrup base up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. Add sparkling water only when serving.
