Lavender lemon spritz
Lightly floral and a pale purple-pink. A favorite for showers and garden parties.

Instructions
- Make lavender syrup. Simmer sugar and water until dissolved. Add lavender, steep 15 minutes, strain, and chill.
- Mix. Stir the syrup and lemon juice together.
- Top. Add sparkling water just before serving.
- Serve. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Hosting tip: Use only culinary lavender. Too much tastes soapy, so steep 15 minutes and no longer.
