Meyer lemon thyme lemonade

Instructions

  1. Make syrup. Simmer sugar, water, and thyme until the sugar dissolves. Steep 15 minutes and strain.
  2. Mix. Stir together the syrup, Meyer lemon juice, and cold water.
  3. Serve. Pour over ice with a thyme sprig.

Hosting tip: Meyer lemons are in season in winter. Regular lemons work too; add 1/4 cup more syrup.
