Peppermint hot chocolate

Instructions

  1. Whisk. Heat 2 cups of milk with cocoa and sugar, whisking until smooth.
  2. Melt. Add remaining milk and chocolate chips and heat until melted and steaming.
  3. Flavor. Stir in peppermint extract.
  4. Serve. Pour into mugs with a candy cane.

Hosting tip: Peppermint extract is strong. Add half, taste, then add more.
