Sherbet punch

Instructions

  1. Pour. Add the pineapple juice to a large punch bowl.
  2. Add sherbet. Scoop the sherbet into the bowl in big rounds.
  3. Add soda. Pour the soda over the sherbet slowly. It foams up, so leave room at the top.
  4. Serve. Ladle into cups right away while it's frothy.

Hosting tip: Make it right when guests arrive. Sherbet melts within about 30 minutes.

Make it ahead

Mix the juices up to a day ahead. Add soda, sherbet, and ice right before guests arrive.
