Virgin margarita
Bright lime and orange with a salt rim. Shake it with ice for a frothy top or batch it in a pitcher.

Instructions
- Mix. Stir lime juice, orange juice, agave, and water together in a pitcher.
- Chill. Refrigerate until very cold.
- Salt the rims. Moisten the rims with a lime wheel and dip in salt.
- Serve. Add the sparkling water, pour over ice, and garnish with a lime wheel.
Hosting tip: For a crowd, rim glasses an hour ahead and let them dry upside down on a tray.
Make it ahead
Mix everything except soda and ice up to 8 hours ahead and refrigerate.
Variations
Blend with 4 cups of ice for a frozen version, or add 1 cup mango puree.
