White grape sparkler

Instructions

  1. Mix. Stir grape juice and lemon juice together and chill.
  2. Pour. Fill flutes halfway with the grape mixture.
  3. Top. Add sparkling water and drop in a few frozen grapes to keep it cold.

Hosting tip: Frozen grapes chill the drink without watering it down. For young kids, cut them in half lengthwise.

Make it ahead

Mix the juice and syrup base up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. Add sparkling water only when serving.

Great for

Questions

How do I keep it fizzy at a party?

Keep the base and the bubbles separate. Put the base in a dispenser and the sparkling water on ice beside it, so each glass gets fresh fizz.

Can I make it for more people?

Yes. Use the servings button next to the ingredients. Every amount updates automatically, from 1 glass up to 200.
