Hibiscus spritz
Tart, cranberry-like hibiscus tea with lime and bubbles. A stunning magenta color.

Instructions
- Steep. Pour boiling water over the hibiscus and steep 15 minutes. Strain and stir in the agave.
- Chill. Add the lime juice and refrigerate until cold.
- Top and serve. Add the sparkling water, pour over ice, and garnish with lime.
Hosting tip: Dried hibiscus is sold as flor de jamaica in Latin grocery stores, usually for much less than tea shops.
