Instructions

  1. Steep. Steep tea bags in just-boiled water for 5 minutes. Remove bags.
  2. Steam milk. Heat milk until steaming and froth it if you can.
  3. Combine. Stir honey and vanilla into the tea, then add the milk.
  4. Serve. Pour into mugs.

Hosting tip: Keep it warm in a slow cooker for brunch. Use decaf Earl Grey for evening events.
